World-leading IME process
BASIS's newly developed window controller uses its unique IME technology to achieve touch and backlight on any curved shape, solving a major technical problem in the industry. SMT surface mount technology is well integrated into the IME process to achieve cost-controlled, high-quality, batch able and fully automated intelligent manufacturing.
Fashion forward diamond cut design
The stylish diamond-shaped cut-out design on the window controller with a staggered height allows users to operate blindly on different diamond surfaces. The surface of the product adopts an acrylic injection moulding process and gives a crystal-like appearance which significantly improves the value of the interior compared to the traditional physical buttons and will further lead the design trend of the intelligent cockpit.
Flexible Follow-the-Shape Circuit Printing Technology
Through repeated verification we have successfully achieved the printing of stretchable conductive circuits on film. The electronic components are soldered to the flexible film circuit by means of SMT, and the high pressure forming process realizes the circuit arrangement with the shape. This saves a great deal of back space while meeting the demands of differentiated styling. This makes the product more compact and lighter and achieving the effect of a lightweight interior product.
Highly integrated manufacturing delivery system
The window controller cover encapsulates conductive circuits and electronic components inside the injection molded adhesive and inter-connects with the control board on the vehicle through FPC connectors which allows us to achieve touch control, independent backlighting, pressure feedback, vibration feedback and other functions.
